12% tax will be applied to rate ( 7% State Sales Tax and 5% Room Tax)
Rates are per room based on single or double occupancy. Apartment rates based on 4 & 6 persons . Extra person charge is $15.

Single night stays subject to a $10 surcharge.
Deposit of 50% required within 5 days of reservation.
Per Diem Rates accepted October thru May.
Cancellation policy:
Reservations are fully cancelable and refundable until 10 days before scheduled arrival. If cancelled less than 10 days before reservation, not charged balance only if room is rebooked minus $25 administration fee.
Group reservations require a 50% non refundable deposit, and cancelation policy varies depending on time of year.
Credit cards accepted: VISA and MasterCard May thru October.
