- The surfside apartment is a ground floor accommodation featuring two bedrooms with a living room/ kitchenette and a private bathroom. Rental rate includes lodging for four persons. (Apartment rental does not include breakfast)! The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The other bedroom has a bunk bed futon with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. The apartment includes daily housekeeping and is equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. Other ammenities include air conditioning, cable tv and vcr and picnic area outside main door. There is an entrance through the inn as well as a private entrance. Rate based on quad (4) person occupancy, additional persons $15 each. Two night minimum required.
