Recipes!

Staying at Inn The Gardens Bed & Breakfast would be incomplete without sampling  some of the breakfast treats.  Here are some recipes that our guests enjoy.

Blueberry French Toast

12 slices bread

1 cup blueberries

12 eggs

2 cups milk

Cut bread into pieces and lay in 13 x 9 inch pan, sprinkle blueberries over top.  Then beat the dozen eggs and add the 2 cups milk and pour over bread and blueberries.  Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes @ 350 degrees, then remove foil and bake for additional 30 minutes.

*Could use this recipe with bagels instead of slice bread  for a crunchier twist, then add slivers of cream cheese over the blueberries.
