To buy the book by credit card follow these directions to use paypal credit card service.  First, sign up (register) with PayPal by clicking on the PayPal link below and follow their directions for registration of a new account:
 
Then, to pay for the book by credit card electronically, click on the link "Hypoic's Handbook" below. Then, in the page that opens, scroll down to the next PayPal button (next to the picture of the book cover) and click the PayPal link which says: "PayPal click here to buy."
