1. We have identified and defined the global and unifying paradigm of all addictions - HYPOISM. 2. The Hypoism paradigm replaces the defunct P/R paradigm of addictions, which is presently killing innumerable hypoics. 3. The Hypoism paradigm is to be disseminated and taught to all people, causing the disappearance of stigmatization and discrimination of addicts. Acceptance of Hypoism as a true biological entity not caused by environmental or psychological issues. Removal of Hypoism from the grips of the P/R paradigm. 4. The establishment of the National Association for the Advancement and Advocacy of Addicts. This foundation will advocate for rational public policy, provide free legal defense of all discrimination against addicts, promote valid scientific studies of Hypoism, and lead the way to the end of the need for anonymity of addicts of all kinds. Hypoic pride. 5. End "Prevention" projects which inherently stigmatize, demonize, and dehumanize hypoics, force hypoics underground as well as induce self-prejudice and personal denial in hypoics. 6. Begin real prevention of addictions starting with kids around the age of 7 so they never have to get addicted. This is the most important aspect of Hypoism as opposed to zero prevention in the current paradigm where you have to hit bottom. 7. Maximize the unlimited and cheap access to detoxification from addictions of all kinds and to rehabilitation from Hypoism to all hypoics based on the Hypoism paradigm. 8. Make available to all presently addicted hypoics cheap and pure drugs and medical care in order to end the drug war as well as the drug cartels and the war on the streets. Close the drug jails. Maximize harm reduction efforts and policy. Remove addiction from the criminal justice system. 9. Unification of 12 step recovery for all hypoics. 10. Because of the existence and functional attributes of the limbic system (including the FOKS) and how it works in the brain, human addictions (Hypoism and the recovery from Hypoism), and human life itself can never and will never be rational. Nevertheless, both can be based on rational premises (the true and complete understanding of how the human mind works). My personal opinion, as discussed in this book, is not only can the basis be a rational premise, but that they must. It is up to each individual, hypoic or not, to make that choice. For hypoics to take their effective and rightful place in recovery and in life adoption of these rational premises, in the face of an irrational disease, is paramount.
