Human Imagineering Site Posting Policies

Our site posting policies are, and always will be a work in progress. It is our intent to retain as much freedom of expression and creativity of expression as possible consistant with what we consider to be responsible enjoyment and expressions of that freedom. It is our opinion that for human beings to grow in spiritual, intellectual and emotional health they must responsibly interact and cooperate with one another.

To that end we do not ourselves engage in commerce that traffics in sex or violence, as these tend to dehumanize and demoralize those who do.

Therefore we will not encourage, or accept postings in our Flea Market to the World that will engage in the sale/trade/purchase of Sex or Sexual Service, or in overtly violent services of any kind.

Therefore we will also not encourage or authorize the posting of art that extols hatred of any kind for one group of people against any other. Like wise we will not post, or engage in the posting of images or art that itself gratuitously promotes violence and or sexual content of an obscene or degrading nature.

That being said, we do not intend to censor if it can be avoided, so anyone requesting or posting items that are adult in nature will have to clearly label them as such and these will be included only in an adult restricted section of the site.

Additionally, insofar as we partner or employ, sell, trade or purchase we do so with complete commitment to equality of opportunity on the basis of racial, sexual, cultural or religious expressions. Additionally we hold to these principles in the absolute so those who have been historically suppressed or oppressed should not expect any special treatment based on that history, but rather should expect to be respected for their own accomplisments and expressions, just as we expect to be respected in a similar fashion.

Human Imagineering as a site does not itself engage in the sale of any products or services listed on the site, except those the facilitate the internet connections for others to sell/trade/buy through the mechanism of the internet site.

All artists retain the copyright to their work at all times and posting on the site itself constitutes a copyrighted publication of their art and not a purchse of their copyright.

It is the policy of Human Imagineering to promote a cooperative, values centered form of capitalism that commits itself to a positive relationship between all parties to a transaction. All products sold/traded/purchased through the site must carry a one year workmanship warranty. If the product is an aftermarket sale of a new or used item that the seller/trader cannot legitimately transfer the warranty, the seller will agree to a money returned satisfaction warranty within 14 days of delivery of the trade/sale. The same policy shall apply to the sale/trade of services as well.
