Store Policies

It is the policy of OtterMooseChief to provide our clients with the best workmanship and materials that can be obtained for their custom made jewely. To that end we have established the following simple policies:

Refund Policy: There is 14 day no questions asked return policy on all jewelry items purchased from our webstore listed on Human Imagineering website. Refunds will not include refund of previous or subsequent shipping and handling expenses.

Return Policy: Send an email to thomasbwallace@msn.com or to karengrahame@att.net with the subject "Intent to return purchased item" in the subject field. If the email falls within the 14 day period following delivery of the item involved we will request you return the item, in the condition in which it was received, and your refund will be credited through PayPal immediately.

Shipping Policy: Our shipping policy is simple. You may choose any of the shipping services offered with the calculated price. Shipping insurance is required to be purchased on any item, or combination of items that total more than $50.00. In the event of damage during shipping, please make digital photos of the materials, as received when the package was opened, scan them into an email and send them as an attachment to the above listed email addresses for returned items. At this time please repackage the items and return them to the post office from which they were received and file a claim for damage. Once the damage claim has been filed we will contact the shipping agency and notify them of our intent to refund the purchase price of the item, at which time we will request the client surrender their own claim to the insurance coverage in favor of OtterMooseChief.

Warranty Policy: We have a 1 year quality of materials and workmanship warranty for all items returned with repair and return to the client within 30 Days of return.

Disclaimer:  The client understands that jewelry items are decorative, wearable art and require a certain amount of discretion in the circumstances under which they are worn. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by improper cleaning, unusual wear and tear, impacts or circumstances under which the materials are not specifically designed to withstand. (Bar fights, garbage disposals, and punching out walls, or people, etc.)

There is a limited, pro-rata warranty on workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years with each year following purchase pro-rated at 20% of the normal and customary repair charges, which are cost of materials and $30.00 hour labor on all repairs, including cutting and assembly time.

Confidentiality Policy: Our client relationships are our principle concern in all cases. Confidentiality of all transactions is guaranteed to the extent applicable under law. All client transactions are confidential and such transactions will not be revealed without a properly executed warrant by a duly constituted court of competent jurisdiction.
