Our Commercial Efforts

Now at our eBay Store

Human Imagineering is a labor of love. Like all love though, there is a cost associated with sustaining it across time. In support of that effort we have, from time to time engaged in commercial efforts here on this WebZine. These efforts, beyond the ghost writing services, which have seen some success, have otherwise been largely unsuccessful. Since we are fundamentally committed to the value of our product, both in this WebZine and in our other endeavors it has been difficult to understand why this might be so, other than to note that it appears, on the internet anyway, purely commercial sites do well at their commercial activities, while informational, educational, and artistics sites do very poorly commercially.

There may be sound reasons for this, or there may not. All this aside, we have decided to separate our artistic endeavors, in this WebZine from our commercial activities in the marketing of various products and services. I have never been much of a salesman, nor particularly good at marketing. That has presented me with a dilemma when it comes to supporting this WebZine. How do I market quality products at a reasonable profit in order to support my effort to create a paperless publication? The answer has, as a matter of the great leveling of the internet, presented itself in one of the most commercially successful internet endeavors in the world, eBay. EBay has created a success by giving everyone the opportunity to avail themselves of the marketplace, even the most basic of marketplaces, the wholesale marketplace where the buyer gets to bid and establish the value, to him or herself, of whatever is being offered in that marketplace. They have done this by offering their services as a commercial website to anyone at rates that almost anyone can afford.

For this reason we have decided to consolidate our commercial efforts in an eBay Store listed under our logo at Human Imagineering. The link to this store can be found at:

We are not high pressure salesmen, nor are we particularly inclined to devote ourselves to marketing but we must, if at all possible, incline our readers to support our efforts through their commerce.

From us you have this commitment - we will offer only quality work, quality services and quality products. Your commerce will be rewarded with a satisfaction guarantee.

If you are dissatisfied with any product, service or work purchased through the Human Imagineering eBay store we will return your purchase price no questions asked as long as the item is returned, or the rights to the work are listed as refundable and meet the conditions given for return at the time of purchase.

This page is the only advertising we will do on this WebZine. All other advertising will be done through individual e-mail updates sent exclusively to members of our e-mail lists. These will always offer the recipient an opportunity to be removed from either our entire correspondent list, or from our commercial update list. We will never spam or otherwise send e-mails to people who do not wish to hear from us.
