In 1998 the company diversified into residential and commercial properties. Cal Grevemberg is a licensed Home Inspector (LSBHI - #10060). He is also licensed by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality to perform Lead-Based Paint Inspections, Lead Risk Assessments and Asbestos Inspections. Additional certifications include: Environmental Assessment Association (EAA), and Exterior Design Institute (EDI). As an Environmental Inspector, he often performs Indoor Air Quality Assessments and Phase I & II Site Assessments. Cal Grevemberg has the experience and equipment to handle many issues which may pose a negative impact on the environment. The area of bio hazards, such as toxigenic mold, is a specialty.
Cal Grevemberg is one of the first Building Inspectors in Acadiana to introduce the Borescope Damage Survey. An illuminated fiber optics device is inserted into wall cavities to determine the extent of damage caused by moisture and/or wood-destroying insects. Cal Grevemberg specializes in older homes with raised foundations.

Jennifer Menard joined the firm as a partner in 1999. Jennifer's background in real estate is quite diversified. She is originally from Louisiana, but moved to California in 1992. She attended Property Management School in Santa Monica. Jennifer managed a multi unit apartment building and private properties in the San Fernando Valley for five years. Jennifer often works as an assistant to Cal Grevemberg during Damage Surveys and Site Assessments.
