Hearthside Quilts (first founded as "Hearthside Mail Order Company" in 1981) originally provided quilt kits with uncut fabric yardage and templates. With the acquisition of large die cutting machines and precision metal dies (somewhat like razor-sharp cookie cutters) in the early 80's, the company began to build a very successful business selling quilt kits with pre-cut pieces to people all over the world. That tradition has continued thru today. In the late 90's the business was moved to a 3000 sq. ft. facility in Hinesburg, Vermont to allow for even greater growth in the future. We have a showroom and retail area next to our manufacturing facility. Please stop in if you are in the area. We are open 8:30AM to 4:30PM Monday-Friday. Closed weekends and holidays.
Directions: We are located in the Hinesburg Village Center which is at 90 Mechanicsville Rd, Hinesburg, VT 05461. Coming from the North, Take Rt 116 South into Hinesburg. Mechanicsville Rd is the 2nd road on the left after the traffic light. The Hinesburg Village Center is the 4th building on the right, and we are all the way to the right in the center.
