Because of the song "California Dreaming" he dreamed every night meeting Michelle Philips of the Mamas and the Papas, and eventually did in L.A.
Gerard is very grateful to the photographers whom he has met in Los Angeles , David Baily, Henry Diltz, the late Allen Ginsburg, Jim Marshall, the late Helmut Newton , Bert Stern, Phil Stern,Victor Skrebneski the late Edmund Teske, and who have influenced him .
