As part of IIBB’s participation in community activities in Berkeley and the Bay Area, it is offering its training and educational services to interested low income welfare recipients and Section 8 Housing subsidized tenants, preferably single mothers.
The ‘Welfare to Work’ training and educational program is designed to provide basic skills and education that would enhance the ability of low income welfare recipients to obtain skills and basic education that will improve their access to employment or other income-earning opportunities.
