We're celebrating "The Family Table" every night for a limted time: $9.95 per person, $5.95 for children. Featuring a family style pasta dinner: garlic bread, salad, Italian flag pasta platter (red, white and green: marinara, alfredo and creamy pesto) and a sweet treat for dessert.

Sunday and Monday: pasta fair: all you can eat spaghetti, fettuccini alfredo, salad and garlic bread $12.95 (children under 12 $5.95)

Friday and Saturday: Prime Time: prime rib, garlic rubbed and slow roasted, served with weekly vegetable feature and pasta or potato of the week.

Current Events: Gambardella's offers authentic Italian cuisine for every occassion and budget. We are located in the heart of downtown Fairbanks, on 2nd and Barnette, a block from the visitor's cabin. We serve quick lunches, delicious dinners and our take-out and delivery prices can't be beat. Our house specialties include: Homemade Italian Bread, "The Mother of all Lasagnas", cheesecakes, and other fine desserts. Beware of our tiramisu: it's very addictive and some say it is the best in the world!
