Dear Dennis:
Editions of Dickens Works by P. F. Collier are neither particularly interesting nor valuable. They were generally issued in 6 volumes, clustering groups of the novels in each. Overall they are usually quite fragile and poorly constructed. When issued, they were meant for mass distribution rather than as library ingredients.
I cannot ascribe an exact value, but many single volumes can be obtained readily at $6 to $10 per volume. For an outstanding volume in fresh condition with gilt intact, a maximum of $25 per volume may be obtained under ideal conditions.
I suggest that you approach a reputable book dealer or take a chance on eBay or similar auction.
