As a Sales Advisor / Commercial Real Estate Broker, you bring with you a two - three years proven track record of success in business to business sales.You have high activity / energy levels, attention to detail, excellence in all aspects of the sales cycle (identifying, telemarketing for appointments, needs analysis, proposal writing, presenting, negotiating, follow up, closing), and the ability to interact at  corporate executive levels. A strong team player with an intense desire to be successful will make you an ideal candidate for this prestigous Commercial Real Estate Company located in downtown Toronto.

With a College or University education, you are provided with an extensive training and mentoring program that includes corporate and industry orientation, market knowledge, industry specific sales and presentation skills, coaching from seasoned advisors and lease orientation financial training. This enables you to obtain your personal Commercial Real Estate Broker's licence in one year.

Compensation is realistically targeted at 90K to 100K for the first year (including a tax free, monthly draw of 42K / year), rising to 250K++ in subsequent years. Unlimited, uncapped earning potential.
