As a Large Enterprise Sales Exec for this Fortune 100 company, you will have at least 5 years successful major account experience, and demonstrate a passionate approach to professional sales at the highest levels in large organizations. In addition:
· Ability to deal with large Canadian Enterprises (i.e. Fortune 100/500 companies) vertically focused
· Ability to perform a National Client Executive role providing strategic leadership for Canada (or globally if HQ in Canada) may require interaction with global account teams
· Ability to articulate the Global Services value proposition for this company - Since clients are very sophisticated buyers, the ability to differentiate core hardware offerings through value-added services (consulting, outsourcing, etc) and software becomes critical if not, they will commoditize and buy on price
· Fewer clients team averages 5 clients per Account Executive allows for deep understanding and time commitment to clients business
· More focus on Large Account Management methodologies and practices
· Deal sizes are much larger, but fewer transactions (i.e., average deal size is very large) therefore ability to manage large, time-consuming and complex sales cycles is critical
· Ability to build relationships at the most senior levels
· Ability to leverage support resources and subject matter experts as clients businesses are very complex and require solutions in many areas
· Ability to understand key industry KSFs, Trends, Challenges in essence, become a thought leader for a specific industry
COMPENSATION........targetted at 200K+ including a base salary of 85K+......plus car allowance, cell phone, and full company benefits.
