The Production Solution Executive (PSE) is responsible for the delivery of business results for a defined customer segment. Measured responsibilities include equipment sale revenue, customer satisfaction, and collaboration in the overall account management. This position requires the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies to grow both the installed unit and installed revenue within the defined customer segment.
ACCOUNT ASSIGNMENT:
Major Accounts and Large Strategic Accounts
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Sell Production Systems Solutions into corporate accounts in Data Centre and Reproduction Environments
· Achieve and exceed ESR (Equip. Sale Revenue)
· Customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management and use of Service Performance Review (SPR)
· Effective and consistent usage of Solution Selling Concepts (Sales Plans) and Business Case
· Develop industry knowledge to enhance creation and execution of marketing and sales strategies for the defined customer
· Work collaboratively with Account Team, Field Analysts, XGS, Sales Manager, and Manager of Specialists on a day to day basis. Engage and utilize PSG BDU resources as appropriate.
· Run a program for the sales teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
· University degree preferred
· Successful demonstrable track record in a direct sales position
· Able to operate effectively at both an executive and operational level within an organization
· Effective communications skills, strong business acumen and financial skills
· Able to operate effectively independently and in a team environment
· Able to sell strategically and in a consultative manner
· Experience selling at a business application level in a systems environment
· Ability to manage and collaboratively strategize complex sales situations
COMPENSATION
Competitive base salary plus commissions - 150K+ - plus allowances including car - plus full company benefits.
