To merely provide loosely matched resumes in response to an open position that is not fully understood, is adopting the "throw-it-up-against-the-wall-and-maybe-some-will-stick" mentality!! This is unproductive and such a waste of time!!
Our objective will be to clearly understand the required ideal profile.
We then use an extensive array of techniques including networking and computerized databases to provide us with a list of candidates. We qualify, and closely match, candidates to that ideal profile.
Only then do we recommend them to our client.
