To merely provide  loosely matched resumes in response to an open position that is not fully understood, is adopting the  "throw-it-up-against-the-wall-and-maybe-some-will-stick"  mentality!! This is unproductive and such a waste of  time!!

Our objective will be to clearly understand the required ideal profile. 

We then use an extensive array of techniques including networking and computerized databases to provide us with a list of candidates. We  qualify, and closely match, candidates to that ideal profile.

Only then do we recommend them to our client.

In that way, we put our credibility on the line  in support of our recommended candidates

Excalibur Careers was built upon experience in the office products industry and high tech industry.  Excalibur specializes in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Accounting and High Tech.

Esmond D'Cunha, the founder and President of Excalibur Careers, brings a background of over 24 years with Xerox in Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources......in numerous senior management positions, including Director Sales Operations, Director Major Accounts, Director Personnel Operations, District Manager Toronto and SW Ontario........and, winner of multiple President's Club awards during his very successful sales years with Xerox.

David Konkle, Senior Employment Consultant, has over 30 years experience working in the technical field and in service management, with some of the country's largest and most prestigious companies, including 3M Canada and Canon Canada Inc. He has worked in a number of different positions ranging from Field Service to Service Operations, service marketing, and, heavily involved in new technologies for process improvement and efficiencies. In addition, David brings a wealth of experience as a small business owner.
