Our screening process will ensure that all candidates clearly understand the nature and scope of the position. They must demonstrate to us a strong confidence in their ability to relate to this position. Previous experience in a similar role will be explored and highlighted.

Candidates are asked to review the ideal profile requirements. They are then asked to describe / demonstrate / relate their personality / strengths to this profile…….based on the assumption “it really does not matter how good the product, unless it specifically ties right into what the customer is looking for”. Only those candidates that demonstrate a close match with your Ideal Profile will be recommended to you…….for that reason it is imperative this profile is accurate and complete.
