The dentist must know where he or she stands with the staff. If the relationship between the staff and dentist is not empowering, supportive, and committed - practice success is jeopardized.

Each and every staff member takes this survey. Confidentiality is guaranteed.

This survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete online. A Report of Findings will automatically be sent to the dentist when all Staff have completed the survey. The report will include a set of instructions on how to use the report.
