Tired of Annoying Telemarketers?

The Kansas Legislature in 2002 enacted the Kansas No-Call Act.  This law established a way for Kansans to sign up their home telephone numbers on a list that most telemarketers are prohibited from calling.  This service is free.

  • No-Call List

    Click here to register your residential telephone numbers on the Kansas No-Call List.  The No-Call law is enforced by the Kansas Attorney General.
