Humboldt turns 150 The Kansas Senate, by unanimous vote, adopted a resolution declaring May 10 to be the sesquicentennial anniversary of Humboldt and celebrating the community’s rich history. Making the trip to Topeka were Dorothy Hemphill, Linda Thompson, Eileen Robertson and Roland Thompson.
