Good Shepherd Sisters research

Doctoral research
This is not a surgery book. This the result of my feminist research into a unique form of education for troubled girls that does not exist anymore. I studied the 1940-1980 time period. A super collection of women religious and their "girls." I studied both perspectives...the Sisters and the girls.
  • the goal was not conversion
  • convent education where many of the girls were not Catholic
  • very special and misunderstood in the general public
  • this has not been researched before
  • available on Amazon
