Life Insurance Planning:


David White and Associates assists in determining how much and what type of life insurance one should own. This includes the types of products that are offered through the multiple carriers that David White and Associates represent.

  • Term Insurance:
    We handle a wide variety of Term Insurance plans to solve specific needs, such as, 1 year term, 5 year term, 10 year term, 15 year term and 20 year term.These plans satisfy personal and business needs for those who require affordable insurance and are ideal for growing families, key person coverage, or short-term buy/sell agreements.

  • Variable Life:
    This is a long term product for permanent insurance needs. The premiums are flexible. This product can build cash value. The Cash value can be invested in separate accounts which contain differing combinations of Stocks, Bonds and Money Market sub-accounts that invest in mutual funds. It may be used for personal needs such as college funding, mortgage acceleration and as a retirement supplement. It can satisfy business needs such as key person coverage, deferred compensation, split dollar plans, salary continuation and buy/sell agreements.

  • Universal Life:
    This is a long term product for permanent insurance needs. The premiums are flexible. This product can build cash value. The value is invested in the portfolio of the insurance company selected. It may be used for personal needs such as college funding, mortgage acceleration and as a retirement supplement. It can satisfy business needs such as key person coverage, deferred compensation, split dollar plans, salary continuation and buy/sell agreements.

  • Whole Life:
    This is a long term product for permanent insurance needs. The premiums are level. The value is invested in the portfolio of the insurance company selected.It may be used for personal needs such as college funding, mortgage acceleration and as a retirement supplement. It can satisfy business needs such as key person coverage, deferred compensation, split dollar plans, salary continuation and buy/sell agreements.

  • Equity Indexed Life:
    This is a long term product for permanent insurance needs. The premiums are flexible. This plan is designed to provide policyowners with a portion of the return of the Standard and Poor's 500 index without the risk to policy values normally associated with variable products..It may be used for personal needs such as college funding, mortgage acceleration and as a retirement supplement. It can satisfy business needs such as key person coverage, deferred compensation, split dollar plans, salary continuation and buy/sell agreements.

  • Survivor Life:
    The product is designed to assist in paying Estate Taxes. The premiums are level. The policy insures two lives (spouses) and pays at the second death to cover estate taxes. The value can either be invested in short term, long term or variable instruments.

    Disability Income:


    David White and Associates provides comprehensive income replacement for individuals and business owners.

  • There is a 50% chance of a disability lasting 90 days or longer during ones working career .*


  • The average length of a 90-day or longer disability is 5 years.*

  • Personal Income Protection:
    There are many types of products in this arena. The most utilized product is personal disability income. This product provides income in the event of a permanent or partial disability. The program replaces a percentage of your prior gross income on a tax free basis.

  • Business Expense Protection:
    Business Expense plans provide benefits to the business to pay for expenses such as rent, light, heat, and salaries. Benefits are payable when the business owner cannot work due to an injury or sickness.

  • Disability Income Buy/Sell:
    This particular product provides income to buy out a disabled partner. If one partner becomes disabled for an extended period of time, the other partner has the ability to purchase the outstanding shares or interest of the company on a tax favored basis.

  • Long Term Care:
    David White and Associates assists in determining how much and what type of Long Term Care insurance one should own. This includes the types of products that are offered through the multiple carriers that David White and Associates represents.


    As our population continues to age, the importance of Long Term Care becomes more apparent. Health insurance does not cover expenses involved in most Long Term Care facilities.


    We have programs that will help offset the monthly cost of nursing care and Home Health Care.
