In addition to the other CLCA Insurance Trust group programs, (i.e. Workers' Compensation, property and casualty, medical and dental), your CLCA Insurance Board of Trustees has appointed David White & Associates, California Insurance License No. 0504164 as an official Insurance Trust Endorsed Program. As a member of the CLCA Insurance Trust, David White & Associates will be serving you with your business and personal security needs, such as Disability Income Insurance, Life Insurance for Family or Business and Tax-Favored Retirement Plans for Employees as well as for Business Owners. DISABILITY INCOME INSURANCE through Standard Insurance Company is offered at a 20% discount. The purpose of this program is to provide tax-free disability income to CLCA members when a disability occurs due to accidents or illness. Disability Insurance may pay disability benefits in addition to State Disability Insurance (SDI) and Social Security, and in certain situations replaces Workers' Compensation on business owners. It will also provide benefits payable to age 65 and it cannot be canceled by Standard Insurance Company.
