Part of that promise is to provide 24-hour emergency access for claims reporting and assistance. During normal business hours, please call David Shaffer Insurance Services at 925-944-7100 to report your claim, verify coverage, and ask any questions you may have.
However, after hours, on weekends, in case of a claims emergency, or if David Shaffer Insurance Services is unable to take your claims call, please call Fireman’s Fund directly at 1-888-FIREHAT(1-888-347-3428), 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This is a toll-free phone number. Once a claim has been reported, one of our adjusters will contact you within 24 hours.
