I GREATLY ADMIRE THE WORK THAT YOU DO AND I WISH THAT IT WERE POSSIBLE FOR SOMEONE WHO WISHES TO ADOPT OUTSIDE OF N.E. TO BE CONSIDERED. THE LI RESCUE GROUP MIGHT BE WILLING TO SEND A MEMBER TO INSPECT THE HOME AND INTERVIEW A POTENTIAL FAMILY AS LONG AS THE APOTIVE FAMILY WOULD BE WILLING TO PICK UP THE COLLIE IN PERSON. SURELY YOU GET SIMILAR REQUESTS FROM PEOPLE OUTSIDE N.E. AS A PERSON WHO HAS BEEN LOOKING TO ADOPT A COLLIE FOR OVER A YEAR NOW I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF I COULD QUALIFY TO ADOPT EVEN IF I HAD TO TRAVEL A DISTANCE TO BRING A COLLIE TO A LOVING, KNOWLEDGIBLE HOME.
