I'm as disgusted as you Doreen ---how could they only give this woman 3 years probation!! Then when that is up she can get more dogs! Not right! She should have community time, at at shelter. She should be made to PAY for some of the medical bills for these poor babies.SHE SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED ANIMALS AGAIN! I hope The Collie Rescue will be able to get some of these dogs and find them homes. I myself would love to try and adopt one of them. How heart breaking to read these dogs still wag their tails after living in such conditions. I want to wrap my arms around all of them!
