Enhanced benefits for Employees
and Cost-containment for Employers

CostPlus Plans can be arranged as Health Spending Accounts
(Flex Benefit Plans) by providing a specific range of benefits and/or
annual spending limits for specific (selected) Employee Classes.

For example, a specific range of benefits and an annual maximum
(say $1,000 Single and $2,500 Family per year) could be selected
for a specific Class of Employees, or for all eligible Employees.

Unlike other Health Spending Accounts, a CostPlus Plan does not
require "up-front" deposits of funds - the Employer simply sends a 
cheque with the Claim, thus retaining valuable operating capital.






CostPlus Health and Dental Programs can
reduce Benefit Expenses 20 to 40 percent (or more)
