The best leadership class I have ever attended, and I have attended quite a few. As the sheriff in ********, I will be bringing Dr.DeParis and his team to my agency (1200 personnel)

Dr. DeParis and his associates know their stuff. Unlike many police leadership courses I have attended that consisted of nothing more than opinions and platitudes, this course used modern concepts and applied them directly to law enforcement. In addition, they were able to explain the why and how, rather than taking a "you just should do it this way" approach that I have heard all too often. Excellent in every way.

For the first time in a leadership class an instructor differentiated management and leadership skills, but the need for a variety of styles as well.
