Management consulting services are provided only by agency contract.

Leadership development seminars are provided only by agency contract. When a sole agency is involved, that is straightforward. However, seminar sponsor arrangements are more complicated. When an agency wishes to sponsor a seminar for a regional audience, that agency contracts with us for a specified sum and reimburses us directly. Thereafter, that agency can enroll participants from other agencies to offset costs. However, our sole relationship is with the contracting agency. We no longer enter into seminar sponsorship agreements where we process registrations, invoice, accept payments, and provide receipts.
