Mary leads MRH Results, a health care consulting firm, dedicated to innovation in care delivery through developing caregivers and leaders. Expertise includes assessment of strengths and opportunities to improve human resources, early, mid and late career check ups, goal identification and alignment, and strategic development of leaders. Working through the tough stuff of changing attitudes and habits for positive behavior change is at the core of innovation. Completing work that supports health care leaders move items from the “must do” list to the “done” list is accomplished with an external SWAT team or through internal group and individual work sessions. A hands-on approach to change in a clinical setting is used.

Clinical, administrative, and consultation experience in health care settings and residential facilities.
Corporate Director of children’s services for a large health system including a children’s hospital, seven emergency programs, more than 30 clinics, and clinical programs spanning the care continuum.
Designed short range projects (e.g. implementation of Rapid Response Teams) and long range initiatives (e.g.hospitalist program with nurse practitioner providers) at a children’s hospital resulting in major changes in care delivery and improved care.
