After 26 years of providing marketing and employee communications strategies and consulting to many Fortune 100 companies, Moss Communications' mission changed in 2007 with the launching of its first title, Healing with Heart:  Inspirations for Health Care Professionals.

CURRENT PROJECTS:  

Moss Communications is a publishing house committed to fostering greater humanity, authenticity and sense of spirit in the work place. Moss Communications offers the following tools for transforming the environment in hospitals and other health care settings:

·         The book, Healing with Heart: Inspirations for Health Care Professionals, winner of the American Journal of Nursing 2008 Book of the Year award in the Leadership and Management category;

·         Adjunct faculty licensed to deliver Creative Health Care Management’s Reignite the Spirit of Caring workshops;

·         Partnering with consultants to co-facilitate customized workshops on health care communications and organizational transformation.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

·         Before forming Moss Communications, Terri was a communication consultant at Aeon Consulting, Hewitt Associates and Watson Wyatt Worldwide and marketing director of a behavioral healthcare treatment facility.

·         Terri has authored many articles including Eight Steps to Effective Health Care Communications.

·         Past member of the Western Pension Benefits Conference Board of Directors and Communications Chair for the organization’s 2003 Annual Meeting.

·         Editor-in-Chief of the Northern California Human Resources Association’s monthly publication and was awarded NCHRA’s Volunteer of the Year.

·         Award-winning communicator recognized by the International Association of Business Communicators.

·        Terri has been an avid and devoted mediator for 33+ years.
