Where does the Catchem catch them fish?

The Catchem sails out of Westbrook, CT. Capt. Dick prefers to fish locally so you can spend more time fishing than traveling.




Are children allowed on trips?

YES. We love kids! Although we do recommend that this fishing experience is suitable for children age 7 and up. The total number of passengers allowed per charter is 6 persons.




How do I book a trip?

Call us by phone to arrange trip. A $150.00 deposit is required to confirm the date of your choice.




Do I need to bring my own fishing equipment?

All fishing equipment, bait, lures and tackle are provided. If you have your own rod and reel you would like to bring, you may do so. If you lose any tackle, you are responsible to pay for a replacement.




What do I need to bring the day of my trip?

The balance of money due for the trip, sunglasses, suntan lotion, hat, light jacket or sweatshirt, sneakers or boat shoes, cooler and ice for your catch for the trip home, food & beverage (no hard liquor). Don't forget the camera and film!

All you tackle and bait is included. We will provide the bags for your fish fillets.






Why do I tip the mate?

The mate will help set your lines, land and fillet your fish, and perform other tasks as needed to help you have a safe and memorable day. A 15% - 20% gratuity is recommended. This is the only pay your mate will receive. Cash is appreciated.
