The Murderer

The original of this great little gun was recovered in 1987 near Bahama Bank. HMS Mermaid, bound for New Providence, ran aground in December, 1759. The cannon is of the type known as Falcon. Our representation was originally developed to create a miniature cannon for a pirate group. The crest of King George II is in relief on the tube. This cannon requires many hours of work to craft, due to it's fine details; but it is a fine piece.

  • Weight of replica: 10lbs

  • Carriage not included

Price: $557.00 (Tube only)

3-Inch Ordnance Rifle

Distinctive for its sleek lines, the 3-inch Ordnance Rifle was sturdy and accurate. Developed in the 1850s by John Griffen, most of these weapons were produced by the Phoenix Iron Company in Pennsylvania. At Gettysburg, they comprised 41% of Meade's 360 guns. This cannon is crafted with the correct rifling in the barrel. My personal Favorite, a beautiful cannon.
