The Murderer
The original of this great little gun was recovered in 1987 near Bahama Bank. HMS Mermaid, bound for New Providence, ran aground in December, 1759. The cannon is of the type known as Falcon. Our representation was originally developed to create a miniature cannon for a pirate group. The crest of King George II is in relief on the tube. This cannon requires many hours of work to craft, due to it's fine details; but it is a fine piece.
