WE TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE. THAT'S WHY IT'S ALWAYS SO GRATIFYING TO RECEIVE THE KIND OF EVALUATIVE FEEDBACK THAT WE CONSISTENTLY RECEIVE IN OUR CUSTOMER SURVEYS. HERE ARE TYPICAL EXAMPLES OF COMMENTS WE'VE JUST RECEIVED.
A customer from California writes...
"Well organized. It worked very well to study the workbook and pair that with the sample exams. I’m sure BTA materials and workshops were the deciding factor in passing both exams the first time." P.L.
And from others...
"Clear, concise, articulate. You do excellent work. Thank you very much!" F.S.
"I believe taking the practice exam questions was extremely helpful. I loved the explanations of all the answers (both why the correct answer is right and why the incorrect answers are wrong). M.S.
"Your materials reflected the exam very well." L. Y.
"Your materials lent themselves well to a focused study plan." F.J.
COMMENTS LIKE THESE, FROM OUR CUSTOMERS TO THEIR FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES, ARE THE BASIS FOR OUR SUCCESS AND HAVE MADE BERKELEY TRAINING ASSOCIATES THE MOST RESPECTED NAME IN CLINICAL LICENSE EXAM PREPARATION.
As in previous years, our customers continue to "Strongly Agree" that BTA license exam preparation materials are...
Clearly Written
Well Organized
Well Focused
Easy to Use
Thorough
Helped my Exam Performance
Useful in my Clinical Practice
That last point is important. Clinical license exam questions are written by clinical practioners. They aren't written by people who are primarily academics, administrators, or members of your state's licensing board. Although they tend to write exam questions that test for a high standard of good quality clinical practice, they know what is practical, relevant and realistic. Over the years we've found that those who do best on their state license exams are those who have let their exam preparation influence their actual practice with clients. (Those who have a hard time with exams tend to view the exam content as "a lot of nonsense" or "just a lot of jargon" having nothing to do with real world practice.)
Be sure to use exam preparation materials which realistically capture the richness of actual clinical practice. Our survey results repeatedly show that those who use BTA exam preparation materials find our clinically relevant assessment frameworks, treatment planning guides, and sets of practice principles to be almost as helpful in practice as they are for exam preparation. That's why so many tell us that after passing their exams they still keep their BTA materials in their office as a useful desk reference.
Finally, our customers continue to report passing rates as high or higher than any we've seen advertised by other exam preparation services. And our Customer Surveys don't simply ask whether customers have passed their license exams. Instead, we ask "What was the outcome of your examination, referring to the first exam taken after purchasing BTA materials." Over and over again, the answer is "I PASSED!"
