Personnel

The People at Brown Wealth Strategies, Inc.

Kevin C. Brown is President and Chief Operating Officer of Brown Wealth Strategies, Inc. He joined the business in 1986 immediately following Millersville University. He carries credentials appropriate for a leadership role in the securities and insurance industries.
Edward J. Price MBA is Vice President and Chief Financial Analyst for the Companies. He oversees and coordinates our asset allocation portfolios, and performs analysis of client and prospective client investment portfolios. Ed received his BS in Finance and MBA in Business Administration from the University of Detroit. He joined the firm in 1990. He is responsible for Long Term Care insurance as well as financial and estate planning analytical services.
Jutta Tardiff is our administrative assistant, and maintains client data bases. She prepares the quarterly statement mailings as well as marketing newsletters and other correspondence. Jutta is originally from Germany, and is very competent in the use of our various computer systems.
George P. Brown CLU, ChFC is Chairman of the Board of Brown Wealth Strategies, Inc. He entered the financial services industry in 1959, and has owned and operated two securities firms. He has spent 14 years in banking and became known as an innovator in marketing financial services. Charitable planning is one of his many fields of expertise.
J. Douglas Scott has many years of experience in the Insurance Industry, and is in charge of business development for Summit Trust Company.
Daniel Pompei is an experienced sales professional and assists in the business development and client relations management for Summit Trust Company.

History of Brown Wealth Strategies, Inc.

There is no substitute for experience. Since 1959, the Firm's principals have been involved in investment management and estate planning disciplines and the banking, legal and accounting issues of managing large corporations and family businesses. Combined experience totals over 100 years.
The firm has become recognized as one of the most experienced in the field of charitable planning. Through its affiliated firms, BWS is capable of designing and administering virtually all types of charitable trusts and gift annuities. The use of charitable foundations and other philanthropic vehicles can play a prominent role in the financial and estate plans of moderate to high net worth families.
