Welcome to Bouzouki World! So that this forum is enjoyed by all, please follow these few simple courtesies...
Please let's all show some respect... to each other, to the luthiers, and to our host, Pavlos, who graciously has provided this forum for our learning and friendship. The internet is an amazing thing, let's please all use it in a positive way.
Let's try to keep the profanity out of our postings. We deal with it on a day to day basis, there's no need for it to emerge here. I believe that we can all truly express ourselves without it.
Feel free to share your opinions, both good and bad... but please understand the difference between an opinion and slander. Also, we have seen some great wit and humor from bouzouksides in the past... think about Batis, Papaioannou and Zambetas. If you possess a keen wit, and write something that could be taken the wrong way by someone who just doesn't get your sense of humor, put a little emoticon at the end of your dialogue. ;>}
If you have a bouzouki you'd like to sell, please send an email to Pavlos and secure his permission to post your instrument on this forum.
Please keep any posted photos to a single shot. Space on this forum is limited... if you have more than a single photo, please direct our members to another site which hosts the photos, or please email the photos to inquirers.
And finally... I will be monitoring this forum on a regular basis. I try to keep an open mind, but If I feel that a posting is offensive, slanderous or contrary to the best interests of Bouzouki World, I will delete it. If you have any questions, I welcome your email at fotiamusic@hotmail.com
