Subject petitioned by step-dad

ok I got here when I was 8 and then my mom got married 2 years ago. My step-dad petitioned for me and my 2 brothers because we are under age. We were approved but then got a letter sayin that we had a choice either to leave to mexico and stay there for as long as it took for the papers to be processed or to stay here and not get anything. We were adviced to stay because if we leave we could stay there up to 10 years. I am about to graduate high school and in june of 2009 and we have to respond by december of 2008. I get good grades usually A's some B's. I think that should help. PLEASE PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU!
