mn. I live in Hennepin county. This driver hit my truck, I was in my truck, sitting still, he drove over a curb and his passenger side hit my back end on the passenger side and did damage. insurance company has tried to get my deductible back at no prevail. This drive tried to file a claim against me and the insurance company denied his claim because he hit me. I want to go to court and let him miss a days pay. Where do I find documents to file for small claims court. I would have to go to Hennepin county courthouse right? Since the accident happened in Hennepin county.
