Subject Notice of removal

Other parties attorney is unknown, The guy who owns the business from the other State has not signed anything nor have I seen him or his attorney. Just the guy & his son who has taken me to conciliation court, and lost. So the Notice of removal is not signed by the owner nor his attorney. Should I let the courts be aware of this before court? No clue who the attorney is. |
