I'm curious about something . . . a guy I know recently got caught selling cocaine to a CRI and subsequently had his house raided, wherein the police found 300+grams of cocaine, 500+ hits of ecstasy and other miscellaneous substances, scales, baggies, the works . . . they took one of his cars, all his diamond jewelry, and the cash on hand, but left his cell phone with him and to date (3 weeks later) they have not yet arrested him.
He believes he will not be arrested because they let him stay out, and feels that since they took everything he has, they will not charge him. Is this even remotely possible?
