Enter your message here.I understand that but my question is the Employer wants to change the reason from Quit to Fired was why they let my stepson go.
That don't they need to do this in a timely fashion?
He had so many days to request for appeal(telephone) conference and he used the paper saying he Quit, which came from company now the Company changed there mind and wants it to say Fired. Why don't they need to file for a change within so many days. It was 34 days after they sent him the notice.Can they do that?
