BALDT STOCKESS ANCHOR IS THE ANCHOR OF CHOICE OF UNITED STATES NAVY: The BALDT SROCKLESS ANCHOR was developed by famous foundryman, Frederick Baldt, of Chester, PA. USA. Baldt recognized the fundamental superiority of the stockless tumbling fluke anchor and received a patent on the Stockless Anchor in 1896.

In 1901 Baldt received a modification patent for an anchor of such superior design and quality that the words "BALDT" and "STOCKLESS" have become synonymous!
