Administration

Employers are provided with the following material, emailed
as PDF attachments (so documents can be printed as required):

  • Employer Administration Manual
  • Employee Benefit Booklets for distribution
  • Health Spending Account Claims Forms

The Assureflex Corporation HSA will perform the following
functions (as the Assureflex Plan Trustees and Administrators):

  • Verifies Claims are within selected eligible Annual Maximums
  • Provides reimbursement to Employees or payment to Providers
  • Provides a monthly "Summary of Claims" Statement


Consultation

Assureflex Consultants are available to respond, by email or telephone,
to any questions in regard to Assureflex Health Spending Accounts.
